Appleの広報はジョブズがここ何週間か「Common bug」にやられてると発表。いまは抗生物質を服用中だそうです。よくあるバグっていうとウイルス性の風邪とか胃腸炎とかそういうののことでしょうか？　Jobsは53才ですが、ボクらよりずっとすっきりした体形ですよね。ずっと立って仕事しているのかな？

WWDCの会場になったサンフランシスコのモスコーン周辺では、1カ月前くらいに吐き気と下痢の症状がで出るウイルス性胃腸炎が流行ったんですよ。ジョブズも同じのにやられたんじゃないでしょうか？

In response to a question about his health Tuesday, an Apple spokeswoman said Jobs was hit with a “common bug” in recent weeks but he still felt it was important to participate in the Apple conference. The spokeswoman said he’s now on the mend with the aid of antibiotics.

Apple CEO Steve Jobs氏、劇痩せ報道に写真を見ると本当に痩せてたので心配致しましたが、一時的な体調不良ならまぁ一安心です。
「common bug＝一般的な病原菌」の意味らしいです。
Apple広報も普通の表現使えばいいのに。
